BeHereLater is the first Latin American agency dedicated exclusively to the art of luxury hospitality. Founded and led by Latina women, we bring a fresh, strategic, and culturally rooted perspective to branding, content, PR, and experience design.

Belen Arantzazu & Meryan Vice are two Peruvian best friends who first crossed paths while traveling through a small beach town in northern Peru, and later deepened their bond at university, where they studied communications and marketing. With over a decade of global experience working alongside some of the world’s most iconic houses, leading creative and strategic campaigns, they decided to build something of their own: Be Here Later, the first agency fully specialized in luxury culture and hospitality marketing & PR.

The idea sparked just before the pandemic, when they realized there was a gap in the market: boutique hotels and Airbnbs weren’t treated as brands. Outside of big hotel chains, social media presence was almost nonexistent, and independent stays lacked the storytelling that transforms a place into a destination. As travelers themselves—often spending months abroad—they saw the opportunity to change this narrative and stepped into action.

What followed was a global shift. After the pandemic, the world was hungry to travel again, to seek out experiences worth remembering. With Be Here Later’s strategies, many of their clients went viral, becoming trend-setting destinations and must-stop places on the map. In fact, over 90% of bookings began to come directly from their own websites, while platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo turned into complementary tools rather than the core of their business. A challenging moment became proof of concept: this wasn’t just a niche, it was their calling.

As Latinas who have lived and worked across the Americas and Europe, they bring more than expertise—they bring perspective. They understand how travelers think, what inspires them, and how cultural nuances influence decisions. This allows them to design campaigns that resonate globally while feeling authentic locally, helping brands connect with audiences in ways that are human, strategic, and unforgettable.
